For those who frequently make booklets and need a simple solution to bind them, your answer has arrived. The Thermal Binder is a simple process– the machine heats up the glue which is already within the spine of the cover pouch. You then slip your paper documents inside and place the entire contents into the machine. The Thermal Binder permanently binds your document together in one convenient booklet with a cover and backing. This provides a clean finish with no holes or punctures in your documents.


The whole process only takes 3 minutes to bind your document together, and the machine does all the work for you so you don’t have to fuss with messy glue. An alarm sound will alert when the document has finished binding so you know when to place the booklet onto the built-in cooling rack for 10 minutes. The LED power indicator shows connection to a power source, ready to bind and binding in-process coloured lights. This simplicity makes for one-hand operation providing excellent results with minimal effort.


The Thermal Binder can operate for 30 minutes at a time, so you can produce multiple booklets. For smaller documents, more than one booklet can be bound per machine use. The booklets will produce a perfect bind every time because the built-in paper clamp keeps the pages upright. Enjoy the ease of overheat-protection with the machine’s auto shut-off feature after 10 minutes of idling.
